Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals
  

• Research and recommend travel options including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  

• Handle bookings, confirmations, and itinerary management
  

• Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
  

• Stay current on travel advisories, visa requirements, and destination trends
  

• Maintain accurate client records and manage travel documentation
  

Qualifications

• Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Proficiency with online research and booking tools
  

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requests
  

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is a plus, but not required
