A residence in Westwood is seeking two professional, full-time Live-In Housekeepers to join a fully staffed household team. The property consists of three floors and a guest house. The principals maintain a busy lifestyle, travel frequently, and require proactive, detail-oriented housekeepers to ensure the home is impeccably maintained at all times.

Schedule:

• Housekeeper 1: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
• Housekeeper 2: Wed-Sun 7am-3pm

*You will also be asked to let the dogs out at 8:45/9pm (you will be paid for this time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-charge housekeeping, including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and seasonal projects
• Manage laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing, steaming, handwashing, and closet organization
• Maintain household organization across all living spaces, storage areas, and guest quarters
• Assist with care for 3 small dogs (feeding, walking, grooming coordination, companionship)
• Coordinate with 2 housemen and a household assistant to ensure smooth household operations
• Prepare guest spaces as needed and support family/guest arrivals and departures
• Monitor household supplies and communicate restock needs
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private homes of similar scale and formality
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, fine furnishings, and specialty surfaces
• Excellent laundry and wardrobe care skills
• Genuine love of animals and experience caring for small dogs
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fully staffed household
• Flexibility to adjust to changing household needs and occasional extended hours when principals are in residence
• Strong English skills
• U.S. work authorization required
