LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Telehealth for a travel nursing job in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

*NO LOCAL TRAVELERS* (perm address must be 50+ miles from facility)
26 WEEK CONTRACT (will accept 13, prefer 26)
RTO must be included in submission. Any RTO submitted post offer/acceptance may not be approved.
EMR : McKesson
NBO : 8hrs
OT, Holiday multipliers : x1.25

 

Submission Requirements

• Triage / Telephone experience (80% time spent on phone talking with patients)
• All age group experience needed ---  Pediatric experience required
• knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with patients re; medication, medical history, diagnosis
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
• Clinic or Medical Office experience

• Cover page, if applicable (not required)
• Work History
• Skills Checklist - CLINIC CHECKLIST - within the past year.
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS  - Facility will not pend license/certs)
