| What You'll Do * The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always * Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers * Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties * Process all payment methods * Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance * Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring * A Barista will have an outgoing and social personality * Excellent communication and listening skills * A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation * Strong attention to detail and a passion for product quality * Previous experience always helps, but is not required * Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds |
