Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute manufacturing systems projects that improve efficiency and support operational goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of MES and related platforms.
• Develop project plans and translate operational needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies to identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and report on project performance using operational metrics and key performance indicators.
• Support system validation, compliance documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and optimized workflows across teams.
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing strategy by identifying opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other enterprise-level manufacturing platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of GMP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.
