Brand Design Assistant

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Brand Design Assistant responsible for supporting a brand and creative design team with varied projects to include creating graphics for social media, advertising, event materials etc. In this role, you will also aid in printing production efforts of catalogs and brochures.

Role reports to an office.

Responsibilities:

• Support requirement for ecommerce initiatives in design and visuals
• Aid in catalog, brochure and company leave-behinds printing efforts
• Support design team in communicating brand identity; work to update product labels and packaging
• Design graphics for social media in alignment with the organization’s branding and current trends
• Support creation of event materials i.e. posters, banners, brochures, etc.
• Assist with project revisions; ensure displayed product features are aesthetically pleasing
• Proofread projects for data and spelling accuracy
• Project management; seek approvals, track progress and maintain timelines, ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Min. 2+ years of Graphic Design experience
• Portfolio of work/projects to include different mediums
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, XD & Photoshop)
• Excellent Creative Thinking skills
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Offering:

• Base Salary $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
• Full Benefits Package, 401K
