Only GC/USC/GC-EAD AMDOCS/ US Cellular SAS Business Analyst (Campaign Operations & Analytics) 3 days weekly onsite - Candidates only from: Plano, TX, Alpharetta, GA and Chicago, IL (or Within 25-35 miles of radius) 12+ Month Contract 1-2 Video + 1 F2F Must Have: · Current Telecom Customer Exp + · Strong SAS experience including SAS Direct and SAS RTDM Business Analyst (Campaign Operations & Analytics) Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Business Analyst/Campaign Analyst to deploy campaigns in SAS Direct as per campaign design specifications. This will be a long-term contract and requires you to be onsite at least 3-days per week. The position can be staffed at one of our client's locations in Plano, TX / Atlanta/Alpharetta, GA or Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance existing SAS Direct campaign configurations and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Maintain and enhance SAS RTDM (Real-Time Decision Manager) workflows for decisioning logic and customer treatment strategies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and techniques, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting, messaging, and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to define audience segments, campaign KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Support testing strategies (e.g., A/B testing) and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills - BS Degree in a STEM field
• Minimum 5 years of BA exp.
• Strong SAS experience including SAS Direct and SAS RTDM
• Excellent communication skills
