Now Hiring: Sales Representative 
\n Location: Bristol, CT
\n Compensation: Base Salary $24-$28/hr + 5% Uncapped Commission

As we enter a period of aggressive growth , we’re looking for high-energy sales professionals ready to hit the ground running, build strong client relationships, and close deals.

\n\n \n What You’ll Do \n\n

\n\t
• Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B packaging accounts across industries (luxury goods, electronics, e-commerce, etc.)\n\t
• Conduct in-person sales using a company-provided sample kit\n\t
• Leverage our reputation, superior design capabilities, and eco-friendly solutions to open doors and secure long-term business\n\t
• Work closely with our design and operations teams to develop custom packaging proposals tailored to client needs\n\t
• Attend trade shows, client visits, and product demos as needed\n\t
• Maintain and grow a sales pipeline using CRM tools and aggressive appointment-setting strategies\n\t
• Deliver weekly reports and hit sales goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\n

\n\n \n What We’re Looking For \n\n

\n\t
• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred)\n\t
• A true hunter mentality – motivated by closing deals and growing book of business\n\t
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\n\t
• Willingness to travel locally with a hands-on sales approach (van & sample kits provided)\n\t
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to manage leads and track progress\n\t
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously\n
