We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be a key partner to our Business Finance Consultants, supporting the processing and closing of working capital originations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for deal-level communication with our Partners and Brokers, ensuring a smooth and efficient funding experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for Partners/Brokers, supporting day-to-day deal-level activity Collaborate across Sales, Credit, and Operations to align terms with borrower needs and ensure a seamless Partner/Broker experience Influence Partners/Brokers on the value of working with Elite Coordinate with Credit/Underwriting, Senior Business Finance Consultants, and Funding Coordinators to get transactions funded Manage multiple Partner pipelines across all lending products Proactively identify and resolve issues using data, reports, and internal resources Navigate and apply Elite's credit policies and funding processes Monitor sales and pipeline reports to optimize deal flow and partner experience Handle exceptions and escalations with urgency and professionalism Skills & Specifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinker and problem solver Collaborative team operating style Organized with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Customer oriented; strong relationship builder Works well under pressure High attention to detail and quality standards Enthusiastic and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency Strong mathematical aptitude Proficient in required systems and software (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.) Education & Qualifications ~1-3 years processing sales documentation, preferably in a financial services environment, exposure to small businesses ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ~ BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
