Full-time UPS employees typically work 8 to 10 hours a day, with shifts varying from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday based on business needs.

Permanent, full-time drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
