Job Title: Entry-Level Ground Maintenance Worker
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Maintenance Worker to join our team. This entry-level position involves maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the grounds and outdoor facilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
Clean and maintain walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
Plant, water, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
Remove debris, leaves, and litter to keep grounds neat and safe.
Assist with basic irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time hours available.
Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
