*This position is a full-time role with Polyglass based in our Deerfield Beach, FL offices, on-site a minimum of 3 days per week. We are only seeking candidates local to the Deerfield Beach area at this time*

Position Summary: Oversee and produce effective visual solutions for the Company’s communication needs with expert creative emphasis. Share your expertise by providing design guidance to other team members. Responsible for guiding the creative aspect on all departmental ideas and final deliverables for print and digital graphic design, packaging, web page layouts, multimedia and photography services. Performs all duties of Graphic Designer, when needed. Involves close liaison with and support of all marketing functions for the Company.

What you Get to Do:

• Create all concepts, design and prepare graphics for advertisements, brochures, posters, tradeshow booths, apparel, social media, web graphics, e-mail blasts
• Execute all pre-press production
• Develop concepts and finalize creative standards for product packaging including but not limited to boxes, labels, tapes and wraps
• Ensure all branding guidelines are consistently maintained and followed

The skills, experience and knowledge you bring to us:

• 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design
• Possess and showcase your strong knowledge of solid design principles in your work
• Excellent design skills and knowledge of print/pre-press
• Attention to detail to ensure all copy, communication, drafts and final work is error-free
• Proficiency to the level of teaching others in the following creative packages: Adobe Creative Suite including PhotoShop
• CSS/Web Design or WordPress experience is a plus
• Degree in Graphic Design preferred
• Experience in B2B models, industrial products as well as roofing/waterproofing/construction products is strongly preferred
