Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Haslet, Texas.

Duties:

• Manage and support equipment and inventory across nationwide markets using SAP to ensure availability for growth and reliability
• Create and process daily Outbound Delivery Documents to facilitate efficient equipment distribution
• Perform weekly maintenance of aged inventory in distribution centers to optimize inventory flow and minimize waste
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers and internal business partners to understand requirements and deliver timely, effective solutions
• Execute accurate data entry and conduct data analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions
• Assist in managing project timelines by tracking milestones, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
• Develop and deliver reporting that provides visibility into project queues, inventory status, and operational performance
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices to enhance team productivity and overall workflow

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience working with SAP with a high level of proficiency
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• SAP Certified Associate certificate
• Project Management Professional certification
• Experience working in a telecommunications or wireless organization
• Proven ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong project planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or SmartSheets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret data effectively

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $36.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
