ABC Academy ABA Therapist/ RBT/ Registered Behavior Technician - FULL TIME POSITION

What you will be doing as a Registered Behavior Therapist with ABC:

• Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
• Providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of school-aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs.

What we offer:

• Pay: $17 - $25.50 / hour with experience
• Potential wage increases every 6 months! We are obsessed with frequent feedback and transparency to your next raise
• Annual “Bravo!” Bonus Award! Anniversary bonus award between $1,000 and $3,500 based upon tenure with ABC
• Predictable Work Schedule!Each full-time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12:00pm - 6:30pm.

Expected Schedule / Hours of Operation:

• Mon - Fri: 12:00pm - 6:30pm
• Sat: When needed 9:00am - 12:00 pm (based upon patient attendance)
