The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems, with a strong understanding of construction site operations and remodeling projects. This role requires proficiency in various plumbing techniques, including pipe threading and basic welding, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure efficient operation.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform pipe threading and basic welding as needed for repairs or installations.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
• Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and related components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites and during remodeling projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
• Valid driver's license may be required for field service duties.
