About the Role

A leading manufacturer with an excellent 5-year growth trajectory is hiring a Finance Manager as part of its effort to expand strategic finance capabilities.

This newly created role supports FP&A, long-range planning, and board-level reporting, while providing visibility into strategic initiatives, including M&A and business development.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead monthly forecasting, long-range planning (LRP), and annual operating plan (AOP)
• Support strategy and business development, with light exposure to M&A
• High visibility: involvement in board slide preparation and monthly business reviews (MBRs)
• Act as a strategic partner to business functions including sales, marketing, and operations
• Use advanced Excel modeling and develop/interpret 3-statement financial models
• Help enhance strategic capabilities across the team

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field. MBA, Master's Degree, CFA, or CPA are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
• Proficiency with the three financial statements, including 3-statement modeling.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
