As their next Finance Manager , you’ll take the wheel on the financial operations of a newly launched business line. This isn’t your typical FP&A role—we’re talking full P&L ownership, high-impact cross-functional partnerships, and a seat at the table as they shape the financial backbone of their new services.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Speak fluent spreadsheet and storytelling—Excel mastery is a must, but you know numbers only matter when they drive decisions.
• Have a track record of shaping financial strategy in high-growth, high-change environments.
• Can walk into ambiguity, map out the unknown, and build scalable frameworks from scratch.
• Are energized by cross-functional work and know how to align diverse teams around shared financial goals.

You Bring:

• 6+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business partnering roles.
• A strong grasp of financial mechanics (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet) and how to leverage them to scale smart.
• A Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• Power BI or CPM tools like Hyperion or OneStream? Huge bonus.
