Work directly with customers to offer packaging and shipping for customers, professional and timely printing solutions, faxing, taking passport photos, stocking, cleaning, selling retail gift items, using POS to ring in sales, etc. Training provided. Fun and fast-paced work environment!

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
• Assist customers with document services
• Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment
• Ring sales in a computerized register
• Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments
• Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately

Qualifications

• Notary experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week
• Sunday availability preferred (10 AM to 3:15 PM)
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
