Its trading platforms are designed to serve both buy-side and sell-side clients and connect with every major trading platform in the industry. WSA has the ability to make markets in up to 6,000 equity names. We have multiple locations throughout New York, New Jersey, Florida and Maine to accommodate individuals and groups. WSA also offers the opportunity to work remotely if qualified. Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equity trading, agency options trading, or fixed income, preferably in a sales trading capacity. Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong client base in the US and global markets. Deep understanding of market structure and trading protocols. Ability to analyze market data and provide insights to clients. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Series 7, 63 and 57 licenses are required, Series 24 license is a plus. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others as well as independently. Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Familiarity with order management systems and trading platforms. Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
