• Enhance order accuracy, delivery speed, and tracking visibility
• Streamline picking, packing, and shipping efficiency for a faster fulfillment process
• Ensure on time delivery with the most cost-effective measures
• Leverage WMS and automation to improve efficiency
• Support long term growth by ensuring our e- commerce fulfillment is scalable and cost efficient as well as customer focused
• Monitor and address shipping performance and delays with carriers
• Analyze fulfillment process to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
• Utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment performance, including key metrics related to order processing, shipping times, and inventory accuracy
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implement improvements, and develop long-term strategies for warehouse operations.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and efficient
• Find creative solutions that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and financially efficient

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in ecommerce preferably in a warehouse/distribution center or logistics management
• Experience with WMS (Korber), TMS, and other supply chain systems preferred
• Lean six sigma a plus
