Korzen Health is currently partnered with one of the largest and most respected healthcare systems in the Worcester, MA area.

We are actively hiring Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for Consult/Liaison roles as the department expands its mental health services.

Position Highlights

• Roles available: Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN
• FT includes weekend inpatient and weekday outpatient coverage
• PT is weekend inpatient only
• PRN is as-needed weekend coverage
• All positions include Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Work in ER and Medical-Surgical Units as part of a consult/liaison team
• Flexible scheduling options: MF, 12-hour shifts, or 7-on / 7-off rotations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including for patients with substance use disorders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and hospital staff to deliver coordinated mental health care
• Educate patients and families on medication and treatment options
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a PA or PMHNP in Massachusetts
• Board Certification (PA or PMHNP)
• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in clinical psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
• Must hold a state license in good standing
• Strong knowledge in pharmacology, advanced health assessment, and mental health care
