Are you an experienced Welder Fabricator looking to join a team that values craftsmanship and community? Staffmark is hiring for a locally owned manufacturing company in Minster, OH, specializing in structural fabrication. Pay: $23.00-$24.00/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for fabrication projects
• Fabricate structural components such as beams, frames, and columns
• Perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) with precision and consistency
• Work in a hands-on shop environment using welding and fabrication tools
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all welded and assembled parts

What You Bring:

• Proven hands-on FCAW welding experience (beyond classroom training)
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Previous experience in a fabrication or welding shop
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
