- Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region
- Urology or surgical experience preferred but not essential
- Certification in Urological Procedures (i.e., cystoscopy) preferred
- Acute care certification is required and will be verified prior to employment
- Current ACLS, BLS, and CPR certifications required and will be verified prior to employment
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of employment required and will be verified prior to employment
- Valid DEA drug license and controlled substance license in the state of employment required and will be verified prior to employment
About the Role: Chesapeake Urology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their inpatient urology team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you ll collaborate with urologists and the care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, perioperative management, treatment planning, and coordination of inpatient care. Ideal candidates are passionate about urology, skilled in patient education and clinical decision-making, and dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with complex urological conditions.

Base Salary Range : between $100,000 - $125,000 annually
