HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Independence, Missouri.
General Information
· Number of Beds -36
· Number of Staff – 70
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 1 charge, 9 RN/LPN, 3 PCT (Full staffing)
o Night Shift – 1 charge, 8 RN/LPN, 3 PCT (Full staffing)
· Patient Ratios – 4 to 5:1
· Type of equipment- Pyxis, Alaris pumps, Welch Allen Vitals machines
· EMR – Meditech
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· ACLS
· Experience recovering post-cath patients (no sheath removal) and pacemaker placements, stroke patients, amiodarone drips, Cardizem drips.
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· NIH

· Fast-paced, high energy individual with a strong sense of teamwork.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· ACLS
Floating Area(s):
· Other telemetry departments, med-surg, PCU
Dress Code :
· Scrub Color/Attire - Grey for RNs
Weekends and On call(if any)
· 3 weekend shifts in 4 week schedule. Friday and Saturday for nights, Saturday and Sunday for days.
