Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist with ARRT certification and at least 2 years of specialty experience for a 13-week assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in an outpatient breast care imaging unit providing services such as breast ultrasound, bone density, mammograms, and breast biopsy procedures
• Day shift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract assignment with 8-hour shifts
• No call required
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Returning staff must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers
• Must be able to work one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) during the assignment
• Experience performing outpatient imaging procedures including mammograms, breast ultrasound, bone density studies, and breast biopsies
• RTO must be requested up front and cannot be requested after offer

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Current ARRT certification
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
