Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health, Day Shift Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13 - week contract in home health care. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work 40 hours per week. Weekend availability may be required. Job Responsibilities: • Provide high - quality patient care in a home health setting. • Manage a caseload of approximately 20 - 25 patients per week. • Complete all documentation on the same day of service. • Attend mandatory in - person meetings at our client's location once a week. Job Requirements: • Must hold a valid CA LVN License. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care. • Experience with Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average 26•28). • BLS Certification. Additional Information: • The position is based in Marin County and Sonoma County, CA. • Mileage will be reimbursed at .70/per mile.
