**Job Description:**

Join our client's team as a Home Health Registered Nurse, providing compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role is a 13•week contract with the potential for extension, offering 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high•quality nursing care to home health patients


• Conduct start of care visits and manage a caseload using a point system


• Utilize the Home Care Home Base EMR system


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

**Qualifications:**

• Active OR RN license


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification


• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience


• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base is strongly preferred

**Additional Information:**

• Potential for overtime


• RTO accepted


• Scrub color: Any
