Job Title

The Sales and Production Associate will be responsible to perform a wide variety of duties in the store and the production area. They will maintain order, create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment, and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
• Assist with daily store operations, displays, and cleanliness
• Handle donations respectfully; sort, price, hang, tag, and stock merchandise as directed
• Maintain proper organization by category, colorization, and rag-out schedule
• Cashier duties: follow cash-handling policies, assist customers, restock merchandise

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma preferred

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Able to create reports, spreadsheets and presentations
