As a Technical Recruiter , you'll play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent for a variety of clients in industries like Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT. Whether you're entry-level with the right mindset or bring 14 years of experience in recruiting/staffing, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do as a Technical Recruiter:

• Full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard top candidates
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill roles quickly and efficiently
• Proactively develop candidate pipelines through networking and outreach
• Work closely with teammates to hit recruiting goals and grow client accounts
• Adapt to shifting priorities and navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Track activity, follow-ups, and status updates throughout the day
• Attend required in-person events (quarterly meetings, training, team-building)
• Collaborate in a hybrid settingremote and in-office as needed

What Were Looking For in a Technical Recruiter:

• Business-minded, enthusiastic, and highly coachable
• Comfortable working hybrid with discipline to stay on task
• Available during core hours (7:45am5:30pm EST)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and ATS tools
• Able to multitask, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively
• Driven to continuously learn and improve professionally
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles is a plus, but not required
