Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for scouting, recruiting, and onboarding talented live streamers into our agency, helping them grow their presence on TikTok Live.
The ideal candidate is passionate about live streaming, social media trends, and content creation, with a knack for spotting rising talent. You should be outgoing, persuasive, and proactive, with strong communication and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify & recruit high-potential TikTok live streamers to join our agency.
Stay updated on TikTok live content trends and develop and grow your own TikTok/content account to attract creators.
Build strong relationships with streamers, acting as their main point of contact.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets with a performance-based commission structure.
Requirements:
Deep interest in TikTok live streaming & social media trends.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated & results-driven—able to work independently in a remote setup.
Flexible mindset, able to adapt to different creator personalities and needs.
Prior experience in talent scouting/recruitment and live streaming (a big plus!).
