What You'll DoInput deeds and plats into AutoCAD with accuracy and efficiency.Prepare a variety of plats including:BoundaryTopographicalALTA/NSPSRight of WayProduce final subdivision and recombination plats for recording.UtilizeCivil 3DandCarlson Softwareto deliver precise survey documents.Interpret plats, deeds, easements, and plans to support project accuracy. What You BringProficiency inAutoCAD, with hands-on experience inCivil 3DandCarlson Software.Solid understanding of surveying practices in both field and office settings.Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced survey or engineering environment.Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime. Work EnvironmentPrimarily office-based with occasional field coverage as needed.Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.Fieldwork may involve walking long distances, navigating uneven terrain, and exposure to outdoor elements (including insects and wildlife).Collaborative team culture with a strong focus on quality and safety.
