Wage for retired teachers is $208.56 per 8 hour day. Long term pay (10 days or more in the same position) is $227.52 per 8 hour day and $266.96 per 8 hour day for retired teacher substitutes. There is an incentive of $182.03 when a substitute works 85% of available days per pay period. Substitutes will also be awarded $1,112.27 annually for working 125 days or more.
