D1 Training is an athleticbased training facility for adults and youth (ages 7+). Our promise is simple: You pick the goal, we help you get there. We deliver disciplined, highenergy workouts in a stateoftheart, spotless facilityand were passionate about changing lives.

What Youll Do

• Coach All Formats : Group classes, 1on1 personal training, small groups (35 athletes), full teams (10+ athletes).

• Own the Athlete Experience : Start and finish sessions on time, tailor movements to every individual, track progress, and celebrate wins.

• Lead & Grow : Take part in staff meetings, community events, and continuing education so this becomes a careernot just a job.

• Pitch In : Frontdesk support, membership tours, and occasional salesbecause we win as a team.

Schedule

• Part Time Morning Shift : We currently offer morning classes: 6am, 7:15am, & 8:30am with some Private Training
  
• Evening Shift : 30+ Hours Available: 3pm - 9pm or 2pm - 9pm. This is for Group Training and Private Training when booked. Any Private Training booked before 3:30pm can be accept by you

MustHaves

• Current AED/CPR/First Aid certification

• At least one NCCAaccredited credential (NSCA, NASM, etc.)

• 1+ year in strength & conditioning, group, team, or personal training

• High energy, strong character, and a coachfirst mindset
