Job Summary
As a D1 Coach, you will:
- Create a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
- Maximize client retention through exceptional service, coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability.
- Tailor movements and workouts to individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Teach proper form and technique to reduce injury risks and enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for athletes.
- Provide best-in-class service in coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
- Adapt exercises to meet individual athlete needs.
- Maintain athlete safety by teaching proper techniques and movement patterns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with each D1 member.
- Lead group workouts, personal training sessions, and team coaching.
- Offer expert advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
Qualifications
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one certification accredited by the NCCA.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning, group, team, or personal training.
- Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
