Our fast-growing marketing and live events agency is hiring Event Marketing Assistants to join our outreach team and represent top nonprofit organizations and brand partners at community events, retail activations, and fundraising pop-ups .

💼 What You’ll Do:As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll help bring campaigns to life through public-facing events and interactive brand promotions:
Represent nonprofit causes and brand clients at local events, pop-up activations , and community outreach initiatives
Help plan, set up, and run live events that raise awareness and drive public engagement
Speak with event attendees and educate them about campaigns, services, or charitable missions
Work collaboratively with your team to execute marketing strategies and meet outreach goals
Track event performance, gather donor or customer feedback, and support campaign optimization
Participate in regular team trainings, development workshops , and leadership huddles
Energetic, sports-minded individuals who excel in collaborative and competitive environments
Strong communicators who enjoy face-to-face interaction
Self-starters with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Comfortable multitasking and working in fast-paced, public settings
Passionate about marketing, outreach, or making a difference in the community
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
