Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – $50-60/hr (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Millersburg, PA

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing speech-language therapy programs to help patients regain communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Evaluate patients and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
Develop individualized treatment plans, including targeted exercises and short-term/long-term goals.
Instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures to promote continued progress in daily activities.
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania.
Master’s Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
Successful completion of the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidate.
BLS Certification required.
