💰 $80,000 Salary

Are you a social-savvy storyteller who knows how to make an impact on screen—and off? Our client is a dynamic healthcare communications agency looking for a Social Media Manager who can own and elevate the online presence of both for their agency and their clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the show on all things social—strategy, content planning, copywriting, posting, moderation, and engagement
• Bringing brand stories to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Collaborating with our internal creative, strategy, and clinical teams to build compelling, on-brand campaigns
• Jumping into content production efforts, from photoshoots to reels
• Monitoring analytics and making sense of the numbers to continuously optimize performance
• Keeping tabs on the latest social trends and innovations—and figuring out how to make them work for regulated industries

Who You Are:

• A fast learner and self-starter with 2–4 years of experience in social media (healthcare/pharma a plus, but not a must)
• A confident communicator who can write sharp, brand-aligned copy
• A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, or Later
• Open-minded, adaptable, and always willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating in person (Mon–Thurs onsite)
