Job Title: Social Media & PR Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (5 days a week onsite)

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000-$95,000

Our client is seeking Social Media & PR Manager who is deeply immersed in culture, content, and the dynamics of virality. This role will own our brand’s digital presence and public persona, elevating our visibility through cutting-edge content, strategic partnerships, and compelling PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Craft and manage daily content that drives engagement and authentically represents our brand's voice.
• Forge and nurture partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and digital creators to expand our reach and influence.
• Secure high-impact placements in entertainment media, fashion editorials, celebrity styling opportunities, and key cultural events.
• Lead the PR strategy, coordinating product launches, special events, and collaborative projects.
• Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights and implement effective optimizations.
• Collaborate with teams across creative, merchandising, and eCommerce to maintain brand consistency and alignment.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, PR, or influencer marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• A robust understanding of current content trends, online culture, and platform-specific algorithms.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain large, engaged social media audiences.
• Established network of contacts among influencers, media outlets, and PR professionals.
• Exceptional skills in writing, visual storytelling, and project management.
• Creative vision and a strategic mindset with a focus on brand-centric initiatives.
• Agile and efficient in adapting strategies, able to operate at the pace of pop culture.
• Experience in managing high-profile celebrity and influencer campaigns.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools like Sprout, Later, and Dash Hudson.
• A background in fashion eCommerce or brand marketing is highly advantageous.
