Role Description

The Social & Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media and email marketing strategies for Mindful Solutions St. Augustines (MSSA) clients. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, strategic and creative in their approach, able to generate compelling graphics for multiple media channels, and can effectively multi-task across clients.

The Social & Email Marketing Specialist will play a crucial part in building and maintaining our clients brand reach and consideration, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to their website and/or physical location.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our clients marketing goals.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok).
• Work closely with clients to generate and collect photo and video content, develop new copy as it relates to their products and services, and strategize tactics to enhance current marketing efforts.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track, analyze and present social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
• Leverage external posting opportunities for greater audience reach.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Email Marketing

• Create and send targeted email campaigns to promote client products, services, events, promotions, newsletters, and new offerings.
• Set up automated and trigger campaigns through various email platforms.
• Build and manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• A/B test email subject lines, content, and calls to action to optimize performance.
• Track, analyze and present email metrics to measure open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

This position will also be responsible for supporting graphic design and content development as needed across other functions within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva / Design Software.
• Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
