We’re hiring a Fabrication Associate for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Fabrication Associate
• Location: Stafford, TX
• Pay: $18-$20/hr
• Hours: M-F 6:30am-3:00pm, may be required to work until 5:00pm occasionally
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties: Performs a variety of metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, grinding, and assembling parts according to technical drawings, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. They are expected to maintain clean work areas, follow proper procedures, and report any issues affecting production or safety.
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in metal fabrication, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Experience with CNC-operated machinery may also be required depending on the specific position.
