Reach Technologies is an authorized service provider for Kyocera/Copystar, HP, Lexmark, Brother, Epson, and KIP
Reach has offices in GA, FL, TN, AL, WV/OH with our Corporate Office in Buford, GA.
Reach sells hardware, copiers, printer and IT services, Office Supplies, Print/Promo, and mailing systems.
Duties
Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
Managing an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP’s
Maintaining an accurate assigned car stock of parts inventory
Delivering exceptional customer service
Contributing as a team player
Must be able to work independently and possess strong time management
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years related experience, with certified training preferred
Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent customer relation skills
Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances
Work Location: Work from our AL location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
