About the Role
The Company is excited to invite a Senior Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in driving our acquisition process, focusing on sourcing and securing lucrative real estate opportunities in the multi-family sector. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong network within the real estate community, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive acquisition strategy, actively identifying and pursuing top opportunities, leading negotiations, and overseeing the preparation of compelling acquisition proposals. To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in real estate acquisitions with a proven track record of successful transactions. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and investment strategies, with demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software. The ideal candidate will excel in networking, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will also stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may affect acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of acquired properties to ensure they meet or exceed expected returns.
