Overview Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated Senior Search Consultant, also known as a Senior Physician Recruiter, to join our team. In this role, you’ll consultatively partner with clients to identify and place top-tier physician and advanced practice candidates by utilizing JPS’s sourcing tools and resources. This position offers opportunities to visit clients onsite, build meaningful client relationships, and pursue a career with uncapped earnings and growth.
