Senior Pastor - New Life Alliance Church, Aitkin, MN Minimum Qualifications: Bible or Theology degree at undergrad level or higher preferred Credentialed by The Christian & Missionary Alliance or working towards it Previous Pastoral Experience 5-10 years of ministry experience desired with one tenure of at least 5 years in length Experience with building a new facility is preferred but not required. Strengths Bible-based, relatable, diverse preaching style with a leaning towards teaching & expository A demonstrated lifestyle of prayer and reliance on the Lord Team-Oriented Teamwork focused Ability to delegate and manage various personality styles Ability to train and empower others Equipping the body A heart for the lost Connects with others Relates well to others in one on one, small group, & large group settings Able to work through conflict in a Biblical & God-honoring manner Authentic caring - Has an interest in others and draws others in Personality style Visionary – The ability to build towards the future Genuine – Knows their own strengths and weaknesses Spiritual depth – The ability to integrate God’s love in daily living Problem solving – The ability to find wise solutions Family Preferably married with children, but not a requirement Wife who is willing to participate in church life; free to use her gifts and abilities as she believes God is leading her Age We prefer someone 35-50 years of age Additional Church & Community Information: To be considered for this position, please complete the application to include your testimony, resume and other background information related to the position.
