Join to apply for the Senior Income Tax Analyst role at Amrize . **About The Role** The Senior Income Tax Analyst, Tax Reporting, will play a key role in preparing and analyzing income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, supporting global tax operations, financial reporting, and internal controls (SOX). You will collaborate with Corporate Finance, Treasury, M&A, and regional tax teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and process improvements. This role is ideal for a tax professional seeking to expand their skills in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate reconciliations, and tax footnote support. Maintain and test SOX controls, including process documentation, technical memos, and remediation. Reconcile income taxes payable balances. Conduct quarterly tax risk assessments in accordance with FIN 48. Prepare tax provisions for statutory financials and cash tax forecasts. Assist with merger and acquisition transaction analyses for balance sheet positions and purchase price allocations. Support tax technology initiatives and system optimizations. Promote safety and environmental policies and a culture of safety. Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred. 2-4 years of relevant tax experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. Solid understanding of US GAAP tax accounting and federal/state tax compliance. Experience with SOX 404 controls and internal audits. Excellent communication skills. Experience with tax research tools.
