As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top engineering talent for our clients. As a Senior Engineering & Technical Recruiter at Brunel, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, utilizing your expertise to identify, assess, and place qualified candidates in various engineering disciplines .

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Building strong candidate pipelines, developing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conducting thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
  • Negotiating offers and providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • You will also stay informed on industry trends, mentor junior recruiters, and maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on engineering or technical recruitment for the Oil & Gas industry
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skills
  • Proven track record of successful sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in engineering positions
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and negotiation techniques
  • Experience in a fast-paced staffing agency or recruitment environment preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidates simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, positive attitude with a passion for building top-tier engineering teams
