Desert Delivery Inc is hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team for the Christmas season! We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, delivering packages with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. We dispatch from Aztec NM and service the Farmington area and reservation.

Compensation: $150.00 - $170.00 per day. Overtime available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses
• Follow pre-planned routes and meet delivery schedules
• Load and unload packages (hand trucks provided)
• Maintain accurate delivery records using a handheld device
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Able to work weekends as needed
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
