As a
K-6school-based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) in Live Oak
, CA , your days will include
- Facilitating communication with students and educators
- Ensuring students have necessary access to curriculum, discussions, and peer interactions by accurately conveying instructional content and conversations
- Working closely with teachers, special education staff, and other school personnel to support student learning needs and classroom participation
Job Details
- Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
- Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday - Friday)
- Caseload: Elementary
Successful Candidates Possess
- An active or pending State Licensure, or the ability to obtain (required)
- Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)
- 3.5+ EIPA (required)
- The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor (required)
