Base pay range $40.00/hr - $52.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Gotham Technology Group Sr. Technical Recruiter @ Gotham Technology Group | Expert in IT Recruitment Senior Salesforce Administrator / Platform Owner supporting a growing biotech firm with a focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) and Life Sciences Cloud. Contract or Contract to hire role. Salary conversion range is $90k-120k This role is pivotal in coordinating a new Salesforce implementation as you are the dedicated technical resource for the Salesforce platform, including: Partnering with implementation teams Supporting integrations with NetSuite via MuleSoft Leading a HubSpot to Salesforce migration Configure a standard integration between HubSpot Marketing Hub to Salesforce and supporting MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure alignment with business needs. Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of Salesforce solutions. Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, workflows, and page layouts. Ensure data integrity and quality through regular maintenance and validation. Lead and execute the data migration Ensure seamless transition and adoption of Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring data synchronization and process optimization. Analyze business needs and implement Salesforce solutions to improve workflows and efficiencies across sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document system requirements and business processes. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce to support decision-making. Provide insights into key performance metrics for sales and marketing teams. Provide training and support to end users, ensuring proper use and adoption of Salesforce tools. Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and technical support. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Life Sciences Cloud (CRM). Experience with Revenue Cloud highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully migrating data and processes from HubSpot to Salesforce. Familiarity with HubSpot for sales and marketing automation. Experience designing and managing MuleSoft integrations preferably between Salesforce and NetSuite. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: Additional certifications in Salesforce CPQ or MuleSoft are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with compliance requirements in the biotech or life sciences industries (e.g., GxP). Experience working in hybrid or remote team environments. Knowledge of NetSuite ERP and its integration with Salesforce. Familiarity with Atlassian collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence Hybrid or remote flexibility, with occasional visits to Piscataway, NJ.
