Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture and design of Salesforce solutions (conceptual and logical architecture)
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and mitigate deployment risks
- Identify and resolve integration challenges with other systems/applications
- Oversee complete design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce applications
- Provide hands-on coding support and mentor development team members
- Design solutions using client-side scripting (JavaScript)
- Implement/manage Salesforce with experience in public domain, certificate management, SSO, SP & IDP
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in design/architecture to support development
- Troubleshoot and fix production bugs
- Use CI/CD tools for source code management and seamless release cycles
- Collaborate with business teams to design scalable solutions
- Conduct technical design and code reviews for projects
- Maintain technical user stories for project architecture



Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Expertise in Salesforce custom and out-of-the-box (OOB) solution design
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Sites/Communities) experience
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Force.com platform
- Data and metadata migration strategies expertise
- Integration design using middleware tools/REST & SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks
- Previous government contracting experience preferred
- Strong technical leadership and client management skills



Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Copado Metadata Fundamentals (I & II) certification preferred
- Experience with Java/J2EE design/architecture
- Web development experience
- Salesforce integration with Heroku and MuleSoft
- Familiarity with jQuery, Node.js, Angular
- Exposure to AppExchange packages (e.g., Box)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), II (preferred)
- Salesforce Technical Architect certifications (preferred)
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (required)
